Roles and Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Drive new business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Business Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to build a robust sales pipeline and enhance MediSage's market presence.
- Lead Generation and Account Management: Build and manage a B2B sales team, generate leads, close sales, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, negotiating terms that meet both client needs and company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Develop and grow a team to support business development initiatives and meet company goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, specifically with pharmaceutical clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong skills in business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
