Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Sales Executive. This dual-role position combines front-desk responsibilities with proactive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify potential sales opportunities and actively pursue leads.
• Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
