Shipping Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Floating Enquiries with shipping lines and air lines
• Consolidating received quotes and preparing comparative charts
• Sending quote to Customers and followup
• Daily shipments tracking and reporting
• Updating shipment registers

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate

Excellent Communication Skills---Written and oral

Email writing skills

Good working skills in Basic MS Office---word and XL

Ability to work in a team environment

General shifts--9.30am to 6.30pm only with Sunday holidays
