Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will work as a risk servicer for an innovative fintech company headquartered in the US with a subsidiary in Bangalore, India.
• Research the company and counterparty information on the internet and gather all relevant information for the purpose of underwriting.
• Review and interpret contractual documents, including service agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and purchase orders.
• Analyze Financials & Bank statements for multi-geography businesses.
• Engage daily with the client's sales point of contact and risk team to facilitate document procurement.
• Review and analyze KYC and KYB documents of businesses to understand the relationships between entities spread across different geographies and assess their shareholding structures.
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1- 2 years of experience in interpreting KYC/KYB, bank & financial statements of US based
  companies.
• Interpretation & comprehension of large contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate
  significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Masters or any post graduate qualification highly desirable. Bachelors in related field like
  accounting, economics, business management, statistics, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills, with proficiency in
  English and to be able to communicate with the US based client directly.
