Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

1. Business Development:
• Identify and target new customers, markets, and applications for aroma chemicals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with manufacturers, formulators, and distributors in the fragrance and flavor industry.
• Conduct regular client meetings, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
• Prepare ad deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
4. Market Research:
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights for strategic planning and product positioning.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in aroma chemicals, Camphor, Turpentine , flavors, or related industries.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of aroma chemicals and their applications.
• Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
