Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Mandarin Language Experts to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for callers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Job Responsibilities:-

  • Be responsible for customer consultation and Q&As.
  • Keeping up-to-date with immigration legislation and continual changes.
  • Build and maintain close relationship with clients and respond to their queries over calls and emails.
  • Evaluate and identify the right enquiry category and proceed as per guidelines.
  • Responsible for answering Inbound calls and E-mails.
  • Listen to the voice of customers, actively collect, summarize customer problems, and give feedback in time.
  • Creating a ticket and keep a track for each call and email as per guidelines.
  • Creating and compiling project-related reports.

Required Candidate Profile:-

  • Two years of proven experience in handling Mandarin Projects.
  • Prior experience into Immigration and visa consultation will be preferred.
  • HSK Level 4 and above certification will be preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must have experience in Blended process (Calls and E-mails).
  • Excellent verbal communication & writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A pick & drop facility is available (in selected hiring zone) and for self-commuters, traveling allowance will be given.
