Technical Architect - .Net Full Stack (14-16 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and document technical architecture for complex .NET applications, including front-end, back-end, and database layers.

- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .NET technologies (.NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for projects.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in .NET technologies and industry best practices.

- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of all developed applications.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 14+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on .NET development.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex .NET applications using a variety of technologies (.NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

- Extensive experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Strong experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code).

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Experience with security best practices (authentication, authorization, data encryption)
