SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant - iPaaS Integration (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant with expertise in migrating SAP ECC ERP to SAP S/4HANA using iPaaS tools such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP migration methodologies, data transformation, system integration, and process optimization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless migration with minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, leveraging iPaaS tools like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or other middleware platforms.

- Design and implement integration strategies for seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Conduct system assessments, landscape analysis, and gap analysis to determine migration feasibility and integration impact.

- Develop and implement migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

- Ensure compatibility and integration of existing business processes with S/4HANA functionalities.

- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document process changes required for S/4HANA adoption.

- Work with SAP Basis, functional, and technical teams to execute system conversion activities, including code remediation, custom objects, and Fiori/UI adoption.

- Conduct system testing, data validation, and performance optimization during the migration process.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-migration support.

- Stay updated with SAP best practices, emerging iPaaS tools, and integration trends related to S/4HANA migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years focused on SAP S/4HANA migration and iPaaS integrations.

- Migration & Integration Expertise : Strong knowledge of SAP migration methodologies (SUM, DMO, LTMC, etc.), along with hands-on experience using Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS tools.

- Functional & Technical Knowledge : Experience with SAP functional modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and technical components (ABAP, Fiori, CDS views).

- Tools & Technologies : Proficiency in SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Readiness Check, and iPaaS-based data integration.

- Certifications : SAP S/4HANA and iPaaS platform certifications (Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft) are a plus.

- Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management.

- Knowledge of cloud-based S/4HANA implementations (SAP RISE).

- Prior experience in large-scale, global SAP implementations.
