Cyber Security Lead (6-12 yrs)

Position:

We are looking to hire a Cyber Security Lead with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of Cybersecurity Methodologies. Cyber Security Leads are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading technical security controls for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.

- Leading the technical security of Cloud, Network, Web & Mobile applications

- Identifying and troubleshooting cyber security related issues in web application, mobile applications, and cloud infrastructure.

- Incident response for all information and cyber security related issues and breaches.

- Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.

- Participating in the change management process and cloud security architecture reviews.

- Testing and identifying Cloud and network infra vulnerabilities.

- Security Operations Centre handshake and process mappings.

- Ad-hoc and continuous review of security controls to ensure their effectiveness.

- Produce and review daily and weekly metrics for security controls activities.

- Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.

Skills and Experience:

- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related qualification.

- 6+ years of work experience with security incident detection, incident response, and forensics

- Hands-on experience in AWS cloud security is a must

- Strong understanding of Cloud, network, system / application security and data security

- Experience across a broad spectrum of Cybersecurity Assurance (Threat Modelling, SAST, DAST, Infra VA & Penetration Testing)

- Expertise in using tools like Burp Suite, Kali, Nessus, Fiddler, Paros, Sqlmap, OWASP etc. for security testing

- One or more Information Security Certification e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SCCP, CEH, Offensive-Security OSCP would be a plus.

- Understanding of Google Cloud Platform or Azure Cloud Infra is desirable

- Knowledge of Python, Core Java, Ruby, Node JS is an added advantage

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

- Must be able to work independently & guide team

- Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
