Business Development Manager (immediate -joiner)

Role & responsibilities

• Spotting new opportunities and reaching out to schools, educational institutions, and potential partners.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with school leaders, educators, and decision-makers.
• Pitching our products and solutions in a way that excites and engages clients.
• Keeping an eye on market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of the game.
• Working with the marketing team to create cool sales materials and campaigns.
• Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Managing the entire sales process from start to finish.
• Attending events and conferences to network and spread the word about our brand.
• Reporting back with insights, progress, and ideas to help us grow even further.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account managementif you've got the right skills, we want to talk to you!
• Strong communication and people skillsyou love connecting with others and making things happen.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Smart, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Perseverance and resilienceyou're not afraid of challenges.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus points if you're familiar with STEM education, but it's not a must.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
