This fundraises, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after Blissclub raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.

Role Summary:
This role is about being the central figure that fosters relationships and makes strategic decisions within the marketplace and quick commerce sectors.
It's about driving both top-line growth (sales, revenue) and bottom-line efficiency (costs, profits) by being a subject matter expert, a skilled negotiator, and a trusted partner for platform players.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and own business metrics such as Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Performance Marketing spends and CM2 for an efficient growth on the business/platform
- Develop plan, KPI and goals for the account and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams
- Responsible for business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share on the platforms.
- Manage promotions along with platforms
- Create an annual business plan / e-trade marketing plan : taking into account levers of growth to achieve brand results and the profitability of brands on the platform
- Innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and category team for impactful brand presence leading to business
- Ensure the right presence on platforms for top SKUs discoverability, build customer experience through brand stores and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase.
- Work with the operations team to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time; and improve fill rates with better demand planning
- Analyse and interpret platform's category performance to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities for growth on the platform
- Able to get more data insights from platforms to fuel it in the business strategy
Key Deliverables:
- Business delivery of sales and market share as planned - Turnover, Revenue growth, Profitability, Return rate, Business piloting accuracy
- Offer selection & product listing, platform share and penetration in different geographies
- SKUs availability and right positioning on the platform
- Execution of promotional campaigns with increased effectiveness
- Data Capturing from the platforms in agreed formats in a fixed frequency
- Handles specific sales events
- Improve RoAS by maintaining a strong hold over funnel metrics
Education and experience:
- Bachelors/MBA with experience of 5-8 years in managing ecommerce marketplace revenue growth for an account with annual revenue of more than 50Cr and coming from a fast paced environment or willing to work in one
- Must Have- At least 3 years of experience in managing Growth and PnL for Myntra, Amazon/Flipkart and Qcom platforms
- Knowledge/experience of the apparel category would be preferred.
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyse data to gather insights and find opportunities.
- Business results oriented: ability to perform, to budget and manage forecasts.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Attention to detail and complex processes
- Understanding of digital ads
