Job Description
We are seeking a Media Solutions Executive to manage and grow our online communities on different social messaging platforms like WA, Telegram, and Discord.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in community engagement on Discord and a passion for fostering vibrant and active online communities.
On Any Day You Might:
- Manage and engage with WA, Telegram, and Discord communities.
- Develop and share engaging content.
- Respond to community inquiries and gather feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on community activity and performance.
- Organize and host virtual events.
- Collaborate with other teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
The Ideal Person:
- 1-2 years of experience in community engagement on Discord.
- Understands community management on social messaging platforms like WA, Telegram and Discord.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and able to develop engaging content.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive in managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Familiar with analytics tools to track and report on community performance.
You Bring:
- Experience organizing and hosting virtual events.
- Background in social media management or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in community management.
