We are seeking a highly motivated Junior HR Operations / Talent Operations Associate to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for early-career professionals to gain valuable experience and grow within a dynamic environment. With a possibility to extend or convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs, this position is perfect for someone with a passion for HR operations, learning and development (L&D), marketing, and employee engagement.

What You'll Tackle Each Day:

• HR Operations Support: Assist in day-to-day HR operations tasks, including onboarding, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Learning & Development: Support L&D programs by coordinating sessions, managing schedules, and tracking progress to foster employee growth.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Marketing and Branding: Collaborate on internal and external marketing initiatives to promote our employer brand and enhance communication.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide operational support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth execution of all processes.

What You'll Bring to the table:

• Educational Background: MBA with a major in Marketing, HR, or related fields.
• Skills and Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in HR Operations, L&D, marketing, or employee engagement.
• Learning Mindset: A strong desire to learn and upskill, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Positive Attitude: A good attitude, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
