Blend Financial Services - Deputy Vice President/Vice President - Export Structed Finance - Global Fund Raising Advisory (10-20 yrs)

- Product Suite : Project Financing for Sovereigns, Parastatals, GREs & Corporates , Supply Contracts/Equipment Financing , Tie-up with Technical Partners/Procurement specialist for Advisory Services pertaining to Technical, Environmental & Sustainability Reports for Corporates , EPC + F (Financing)

- Identification and preliminary discussions with International Banks / Institutions for Project Finance .

- Assisting senior management and representatives of the company for the purposes of giving presentations to, and participating in meetings with, potential lenders.

- Negotiating on the broad contours of transactions.

- Assisting the company in preparation of project documents & other relevant information for submission to lender (s)

- Developing new relationships, Managing relationships, client management and interactions at all stages with Banks /Institutions.

- Negotiation on the Final Term Sheet.

- Assisting the company in disbursement procedure

- Developing relations with new Banking/financing partners across geographies.

Experience:

- Relevant experience in Financial advisory or Project Finance with ability to prepare and understand financial models

- Strong people skills and networking abilities

- Good understanding of Credit/Corporate Finance and global market trends

- Quick thinker & Excellent time management ability along with excellent communication skills.

- Master's degree in finance / professional qualification in Finance
