Blazeclan Technologies - Cyber Security Manager - OWASP Principles (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead and enhance security strategies, ensuring the protection of cloud environments and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in security frameworks, cloud security, and OWASP methodologies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with security best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to safeguard cloud and on-premise environments.

- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability testing using OWASP principles.

- Monitor and enhance cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Define and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

- Lead incident response and forensic investigations for security breaches.

- Implement security measures for network, application, and endpoint security.

- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the SDLC.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.

- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and cloud security.

- Strong knowledge of OWASP security principles and application security testing.

- Expertise in securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and endpoint security.

- Hands-on experience in penetration testing, threat analysis, and risk assessment.

- Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption techniques.

- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure coding standards.

- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS Security, etc.) are a plus
