Profile: Purchase Engineer

Qualification: B-Tech (Mechanical)

Experience: 2- 5 Years

Age: 23- 26

English: Fluent

Company will provide accommodation facility near by office & cab facility both side.

Roles and Responsibilities

• sourcing of, new vendor development, price negotiation. verall activities in purchase department, implementing & ensuring centralized purchase process
• Sourcing of material / spare
• Cost reduction by new vendor development, negotiation, contracts etc.
• To make enquiry, collect quotations & make comparative statement for each & every materi
• Purchase goods, materials, components, services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Track orders & ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of material procured
• Monitor stock level & order accordingly
• Develop new vendors for cost reductions with improving quality as per actual requirement
• Prepare periodic reports pertaining to stock, price trends and development of alternative source of supplier
• Ensure commercial, legal & contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions
• Ensure to establish commercial balance between the budgeted cost and actual cost
• Ensure to procure material with Right Quality, right qty, Right time, right price & right source
• Payment follow-up with account
• SOP implementation
• Inventory control management
• Risk analysis
• Maintain approved vendor list along with price list of material

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of Engineering material, good Negotiation skill, Experience in alternate supplier development
