Software Engineer II

You will build/enhance the masterdata and onboarding suite of applications and services at scale that will consume data from Blackhawkglobal business platforms, process and deliver real time data to other backend transactional systems. You will build upon a best-in-class platform that is able to deliver quality, accuracy and performance. You will bring your architecture, design and customer focus skills to build the future applications and services at Blackhawk. You will collaborate with world class product development and business teams and develop solutions. You will push the envelope of scale and performance and will constantly look for opportunities to leverage horizon technologies to deliver business value. Responsibilities

• Around 2+ years of sustained commercial software development experience
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies based on organization needs
• Worked effectively in roles requiring a high level of autonomy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Highly responsive in resolving production issues
• Creative in proposing new ideas
• Good team player with an attitude to contribute at all levels for the teams success Qualifications
  • Proficient in React JS
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Must have Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Must have experience in JSON, GIT, Maven
  • Must have Experience in IntelliJ/or any other coding editor
  • Must have knowledge of basic design patterns like singleton, factory
  • Good to have experience in any SQL database
  • Good to have experience in Tools like Rally/Jira
  • Good to have experience in AWS cloud
  • Good to have experience in RESTful APIs and caching systems(for example redis)
  • Good to have experience in Backend development preferrabvly Python, Django or Flask frameworks
