As a Product Manager in our Onboarding and master Data team, youll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our core services. Youll be responsible for developing and managing a unified global platform that streamlines the onboarding and governance of all BHNs master data. This platform serves as the central hub for all technology platforms to source and operate on reference data, significantly improving how we engage and maintain both account-managed and self-serviced partners throughout their lifecycle.

• Build, develop, and manage the product roadmap for onboarding and master data services and features
• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for our unified global platform managing onboarding and governance of master data
• Drive Blackhawk towards data democratization and self-service capabilities within the onboarding and master data domain
• Manage products from concept to launch, collaborating with internal experts and clients to produce intelligent and insightful solutions
• Partner with technical program managers and engineers to deliver on the product roadmap
• Own launch, go-to-market, and release plans, collaborating with BHN business teams to ensure proper prioritization of product features
• Create features, write user stories, and maintain a healthy backlog of items to be worked on
• Leverage deep understanding of the competitive landscape to identify distinctive advantages and apply them in our solutions
• Write detailed feature specifications based on product requirements and communicate them to all stakeholders
• Translate application-specific complex problems into generic product designs that satisfy multiple use cases
• Work closely with development teams through design, testing, and product release, ensuring development meets requirements and deadlines
• Facilitate the integration of the onboarding and master data platform with other technology platforms within BHN
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to change, including working across different time zones in a global organization
• Conduct regular product demos and present to leadership on progress and future plans Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech industries
  • Strong understanding of master data management, onboarding processes, and data governance principles
  • Proficient knowledge of database models and architectures relevant to master data management
  • Experience managing end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market strategies and competitive landscape analysis
  • Experience in analyzing system integrations, preferably integrations using APIs and ETLs
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and anticipate end-user requirements and incorporate them into product design
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle (e.g., Rally, Atlassian tools)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Experience with data integration and platform connectivity
  • Knowledge of financial services or payment processing industries is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements in a global context
  • Knowledge and experience executing Data Governance best practices and policies
