About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (FOFO) to oversee retail operations, drive sales performance, and enhance brand presence across the designated territory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing franchisee relationships to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, train, and motivate franchise store teams to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
- Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop effective business strategies and support their growth.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address gaps.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth across the assigned region.
- Consistent execution of brand standards and customer service benchmarks in stores.
- Franchisee satisfaction and operational performance improvement.
- Successful implementation of marketing and brand promotion campaigns
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and deliver superior consumer experiences.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and address supply chain issues promptly.
- Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
