We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leader to join our team in the Engineering Services-In Country practice.
As a Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the In Country business, ensuring business growth, driving operational excellence and P&L.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Drive business growth and market penetration in the assigned country.
- Ensure the successful execution of engineering projects, meeting quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Engineering field.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
