Role & responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for aligning business and people priorities in discussion with the Business Leadership Team.
  • Partner with HR COEs to design and deliver key people processes and initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of the people strategy for the function in line with global and local HR priorities and strategy covering culture, competence, and organization design.
  • Set up processes, relationships, and early warning systems to minimize critical attrition losses through innovative communication, Reward & Recognition programs for a diversified resource pool.
  • Responsible for business-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, and HR data analytics.
  • Coach and advise line managers in the implementation of HR policies and practices that build trust and transparency.
  • In close collaboration with HR COEs, set and implement strategies and actions to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organization, including recruitment, identification, and succession planning on business-critical roles, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Design and drive change management initiatives/projects needed to support business strategy and plan; implement necessary measures and actions to facilitate change, including communication, reorganization, performance management, motivation, and recognition.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and mitigate employee grievances and concerns in close partnership with COEs.
  • Living core values, which means taking responsibility, following up on closures, respect for all, and helping business and employees grow together to achieve excellence within the organization.

Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

Essential Capabilities

  • Prior experience in HRBP/HR Projects roles with a multi-national company.
  • Strong people skills and stakeholder-building capability.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HRBP/HR Project Manager.

Qualification Requirements

  • Postgraduate Bachelors degree qualification in human resources discipline.
