Finance Application Lead - GCC Transformation (15-19 yrs)

- Min 15 years working experience in leading finance domain and finance application.

- Experience in liaison with Senior Management

- Experience in Finance transformation programs and thought leadership.

- Experience in IT project management with strong focus on Business Relationship.

- Experience in Resource management and external partner management.

- Experience working with multiple domains and matrix organization.

- Extensive understanding of finance business processes

- In-depth understanding of business model of global organisations with centralized finance functions and global IT organisation

- Thought Leadership and innovative mindset.

- Excellent English (written and oral) communication skills

- Excellent reporting and presentation skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work across organizations to obtain information and drive for results

- Systems / accounting applications experience like S/4 HANA Central Finance, Blackline, Coupa, Oracle Hyperion, Tagetik., etc
