Head Data Analytics -logistics

Role & respBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

15+ years of business experience, ideally in information or IT management, recently at the executive level.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.

Proven track record of leadership in implementing data strategies and driving business outcomes in the retail or consumer goods industry.

Deep understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data security.

Strong understanding of data modelling, schema design, and database architecture principles.

Experience working in an environment with technologies/solutions PowerBI, Data warehousing or cloud based data solutions.

Influencing and emotional intelligence: For example, by asserting ideas and persuading others to gain support across an organization or to adopt new behaviours. Ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologistsonsibilities
