Head of Analytics

Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE):

- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality reports and dashboards for customers and internal teams

- Establish best practices and standards for data analysis and visualization across the organization

- Mentor and develop a team of data analysts and scientists to drive analytical excellence

Insights and Governance:

- Leverage data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategy

- Implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all functions

Product Development:

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate analytics capabilities into existing and new products

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to create competitive data-driven solutions

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and customer decision-makers

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and AI to maintain ANSR's competitive edge

Required Skills:

- Extensive experience in leading analytics teams and initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

- Strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques, machine learning, and AI applications in business

- Proven track record of translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies

- Experience in developing and launching data-driven products or services

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus

- 10+ years of experience in analytics and data science roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling analytics teams and capabilities

- Deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices

- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing stakeholder relationships
