- Experience in managing supplier , process and outgoing Quality Control in manufacturing industry.
- Oversee End to End quality assurance with a Prevention mindset
- Customer Quality
- Making of effective Quality plans for process
- Effective implementation of right measurement methodologies for all the existing, new processes
- Six sigma - Black Belt will be preferred
- Expert in 8D / A3, Problem solving methodologies
- Excellent communication, convincing & Presenting skills
Purpose of Position:
- To oversee End to End quality assurance with a Prevention mindset.
- Driver of the Issue to Prevention Process (I2P), be a I2P champion
- To liaise with all the Plant to drive Customer centric culture leading to good CNPS scores
- Propagate Customer Centric culture across International.
- Central SPOC to drive the IMS implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Be central SPOC for implementation of QMS/IMS systems in International
- I2P Champion for a multi-country scope.
- Animate the Customer Safety issue (CSI) Offer Safety Alert (OSA) to drive effectiveness for Zero cases of CSI, OSA.
- Take learnings from the CSI, OSA & implement preventive actions.
- Recurrence charts to avoid any repeat of issues after implementation of CAPA
- Drive for Strong system implementation to ensure effectiveness of IMS processes
- Develops and implements process controls consistent with IMS & International Standards.
- Liase with the Global I2P, G8D coordinators to implement all the processes
- Interact regularly with customers, marketing and service team to better understand their expectations and concerns
- Conduct visits & drive the Customer visits to capture the Voice of Customers and drive customer satisfaction.
- Represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entity
- Drive the containment and corrective actions for all field issues (FFR/Surveillance). Conduct workshops and drive continuous improvements.
- Drive prevention activities in plant to drive robust and sustainable processes
- Drive the relevant quality programs and methodologies like 8D, Lean 6 sigma, to ensure continuous improvement
- Drive Customer measures - RTA, TEX
