Mandatory : Global Tax, Transfer Pricing- extremely important

Domestic Tax- litigation experience

Good to have : Domestic Indirect Tax, GST

Qualification- Chartered Accountant

Key Result Areas:

- Managing tax compliances for both Direct and Indirect Taxes in all the jurisdiction

- Handling tax compliances, filing, litigations across all entities (Domestic and International)

- Responsible for devising transfer pricing policy for the group and addressing key risk areas

- Understanding of related party transactions and Arms Length Pricing methodology

- Managing and devising strategies to address both direct and indirect tax litigations

- Implementation of tax efficient entity structure

- Responsible for Tax reporting under Ind AS and US GAAP

- Overseeing compliances in SEZ, STPI

- Around 15+ years experience in handling both Direct and Indirect Taxes in a large company preferably with subsidiaries outside India

- In-depth understanding of Transfer Pricing, International Tax, GST an other relevant regulations

- Experience in managing team and delivering on cross functional teams

- Experience in handling M&A and other restructuring projects will be preferred

- Excellent written and oral communication and experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
