Trainee- Technical Operation

Role & responsibilities:

• Help resolve software and technical queries for internal & external clients efficiently and effectively.
• Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle technical inquiries.
• Manage project expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
• Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within L1 & L2 Support organizations
• Extensively research and document technical issues, sound knowledge of JIRA
• Collaborate with internal & external team members to properly manage incident.
• Own technical application platform from initial report to resolution involving system configuration.
• Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability.

Preferred candidate profile:

The ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency in Linux, MySQL, , Networking, and SMSC, along with expertise in utilizing tools such as Jira and other project management software. Moreover, a keen understanding of Value-Added Services (VAS) business operations. Btech degree or Bachelors in a related field.

• 24*7 round the clock monitoring of servers
• Strong understanding of Linux, windows, Database (MySQL)
• Follow up with concern stakeholder to close tickets within the SLA
• Good debugging skills
• Perform Troubleshooting
• Analyzing various errors and getting it fixed with the help of Operations team.
• Collaborate with internal team members to properly manage incident.
• Configuration and modification of parameters on Nagios Server, ensuring System and Services alerts automation using Nagios Tool
• Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts
• Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills
