We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, ensuring robust fiscal management, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.

- Manage financial risk, optimize capital structure, and oversee investments.

- Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

- Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, risk management, and compliance.
