Job Description:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mumbai Metro One, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring its long-term financial health.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets.

- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare financial forecasts and projections.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

- Prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

- Manage the company's capital structure and debt obligations.

- Raise funds through various sources (e., debt, equity, government grants).

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

- Implement effective risk management strategies.

- Maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.

- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the infrastructure or transportation sector.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, and tax laws.

- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
