Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. You will play a critical role in promoting Bizwises offerings, engaging our community of entrepreneurs, and building our brand within the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Bizwises services, attract startups, and enhance our brand visibility.
• Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media updates that resonate with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow Bizwise’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Engage with the community, share relevant content, and build a strong online presence.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, and events.
• Brand Development: Work on brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to organize and promote events such as webinars, workshops, and networking sessions that align with our marketing goals.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to amplify Bizwise’s reach and impact.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the startup ecosystem, venture capital, or related industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and brand development.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that engage and attract our target audience.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with entrepreneurs and investors.
• Analytical: Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
