Job Title: Senior Manager

Department: Finance & Accounting

Job Description:

- Financial reporting: Overseeing financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, cash flows, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable.

- Financial policies and procedures: Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures to guide financial decisions.

- Financial controls: Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal financial controls to protect company assets

- Providing information to external & internal/concurrent auditors

- Accounting operations: Directing, monitoring and overseeing teams involved in accounting operations

- Budgeting and Variance analysis

- Reporting and Compliance: Ensuring legal, regulatory and contractual reporting and compliance

- Building and managing Investor relations

Soft Skills Required:

- Strong ethics, integrity and dependability

- Solution focused

- Building best in class Turnaround time and processes

- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

Technical Skills Required:

- Strong accounting skills

- AI / Power BI will be an added advantage

- Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis techniques

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

- Proficiency with MS Excel, word and power point.

Experience: Min. 5 years in NBFC / Banking sector in SME / mortgage business / related experience will be given preference
