Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, technology, and digital marketing. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and executing lead generation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies that align with the companys growth objectives in Hyderabad, India and expand across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the Hyderabad and Indian market to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with the overall company vision and objectives.
• Drive growth initiatives, identifying market opportunities, and formulating targeted campaigns.
• Campaign Management:
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email marketing, and paid media).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns across all channels to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to improve future efforts.

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, newsletters, and landing pages, ensuring content aligns with company values and resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging visuals and multimedia content for promotional campaigns.

Brand Management:

• Develop and maintain the brands tone, voice, and positioning in the Hyderabad market.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Customer Insights & Market Research:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the real estate sector.
• Utilize insights to adjust marketing strategies, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Partnerships & Events:

• Manage and nurture relationships with industry influencers, media partners, and strategic alliances.
• Coordinate and oversee events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure the success of marketing activities.
• Provide detailed reports to the leadership team, tracking key metrics and return on investment (ROI) of campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, technology, or a proptech-related field.

Skills:

• Proven experience in creating and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, creating actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and innovative thinking, with a results-driven approach.
