DESIGNATION: Assistant Manager - Products

QUALIFICATION:

1. ESSENTIAL: Graduate with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing

2. DESIRABLE: Knowledge of Building / Bathroom Products esp. Faucet & Sanitaryware category will be considered as an asset

AGE: Around 28 - 38 years

EXPERIENCE:

- 5 to 10 years of Experience in Product Management from Premium Brands

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- New Product Roadmap development and execution

- Achievement of Monthly & Annual New Product Launch targets

- Taking feedback from market and Sales team for new product launch

- Aligning Sales , Branding , sourcing and Factory team

- Tracking New Product Sales

- Competition benchmarking for new product development and pricing

- Product Pricing , Packaging and placement

- Delivering Category level Margins

- Product Procurement

- Quality Management

- PSI - Purchase Sales Inventory Management

- Managing ATL and BTL activities

- Developing schemes, Combos and offers for Trade partners

- Sourcing New Products

- Maintaining All Products Technical Database

- Benchmarking for pricing and new product development
