- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content and band strategy for all marking needs.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for all marketing needs, such as blog videos, internal communication, newsletters, presentations, emailers, websites, brochures, and events.
- Social Media Management: Lead and manage social media calendar.
- Plan and execute employer branding initiatives, including internal video shoots, static post content, and social media captions.
- Media and PR Initiatives: Manage and lead discussions with the agency
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, product, business, sales, and regional teams to align to build and create content for various initiatives.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative Thinking and Storyteller
- Strong in MS PowerPoint/Excel
- Multi-task Experience and Self-driven
- Experience in banking and Fintech domain
- Experience in writing for US clients is preferred
- Master's Degree in a related field.
