Recruitment Strategy

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified teaching positions.
• Collaborate with Deans, Associate Deans, Head Of The Groups and other senior leadership to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to streamline and enhance efficiency.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels, consultants, higher education institutes and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.

Interviewing and Selection

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Facilitate the decision-making process by providing comprehensive candidate assessments and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the candidates and internal/ external stake holders to ensure the interview process is conducted as per the schedule.
• Extend job offers to the selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment as necessary.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes, like reference checks.

Onboarding & Induction

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions, preparing materials, and facilitating introductions to key team members.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
• Manage all onboarding documentation, ensuring completion and accuracy of required forms and paperwork.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to develop and implement onboarding plans tailored to the needs of each new hire and the specific role they will be filling.
• Conduct orientation sessions to provide new hires with information about company policies, procedures, benefits, and culture.

Faculty movement across groups

• Managing movement of Learning Facilitators to Guest Faculty/ Adjunct and other positions.
• Track such movements and maintain relevant data and release of letters

Employer Branding and Networking

• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other relevant partners.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for social media, career websites, and other platforms.

Performance Management

• Managing movement of Learning Facilitators to Guest Faculty/ Adjunct and other positions.

MIS Reports

• Maintenance of all relevant data with respect to candidates, applications, interviews, offers, movements etc.
• Prepare and share relevant dashboards, MIS etc. with the leadership on time to time and need basis.
