We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.

You will play a key role in driving the adoption of microservices architecture and leveraging the Spring Framework to build robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications using Java and the Spring Framework.

- Develop and maintain microservices within a distributed architecture.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Proven experience with Microservices architecture and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).

- Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A passion for learning and a desire to stay updated on the latest technologies.
