Technical Lead-App Development

Responsibilities:

• Define and design infrastructure for large-scale applications integrated with LLM, using Microsoft Azure services.
• Set up Azure environments, including virtual networks, storage solutions, compute resources, and AI services, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
• Implement automated scaling mechanisms to handle workload fluctuations, using Azure Automation, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Set up monitoring and observability solutions to track performance, health, and usage metrics of GenAI applications, leveraging Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.
• Define deployment strategies and best practices for GenAI applications on Azure, implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for scaling AI-driven applications, optimizing performance, managing resources, and ensuring high availability.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in architecting and designing large-scale applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Open AI with text completion and embedding models.
• Deep core Python expertise on the application engineering side, with experience in WEF and WSGI for 5-6 large-scale projects.
• Experience in deploying 2-3 GenAI applications on Azure cloud with high user concurrency (5000+ users) and low latency.
• Experience in building Azure App Service.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly LLMs, and their integration with cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure AI.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices for securing web applications on Azure App Service, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance.
• Ability to scale web applications horizontally and vertically, optimizing performance, improving response times, and minimizing latency.
• Understanding of Azures high availability and disaster recovery features, such as geo-replication, traffic manager, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, or other data storage solutions.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues during application development, deployment, or runtime, using debugging tools and techniques.
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other automation tools for scripting repetitive tasks and managing Azure resources programmatically.
• Knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration for deploying applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Container Instances (ACI).
• In-depth understanding of Azure App Service, including App Service plans, deployment slots, and integration with other Azure services.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks like Django, Flask, and Express.js for building robust and scalable web applications.
