1.Good in Incident management, Change Management and Service Management.
2.Previous experience of support would be preferable but not mandatory.
3.Good communication skills
4.Self starter and very good troubleshooting skills in Production environment.
5.Knowledge of .NET, SQL will be a plus.
6.Basic knowledge of IIS deployment and Networking.
7.Mainframe Cobol skills
8.DAF Mainframe experience is a plus
9.Job will not be technical, it will be functional role within purchasing mainframe
10.Fast learner
11.Day to day task list high level as mentioned below
