Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BY/JDA WMS Consultant to join our team. As a BY/JDA WMS Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions using Manhattan Associates (BY/JDA) software. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in WMS implementation, configuration, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure BY/JDA WMS solutions for clients, including configuration of workflows, business processes, and interfaces
- Conduct analysis and gap assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes and high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of the BY/JDA WMS system
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, including developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Stay up-to-date with new product releases and features, and provide feedback to clients on new capabilities and best practices
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on WMS implementation, configuration, and optimization
- Strong understanding of Manhattan Associates (BY/JDA) WMS software, including its features, functionality, and best practices
- Experience with WMS implementation methodologies such as agile or waterfall
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
