About the Job: - We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of expertise in implementing and optimizing Oracle Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS) in a cloud environment. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through transformations and ensuring that Oracle WMS meets their operational needs.

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai & Coimbatore.

Educational Background -
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities -
1.Consultation and Implementation:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud solutions for clients.
Conduct gap analysis and needs assessments to develop tailored solutions for warehouse operations.
2.Project Management:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication to ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful deployment.
3.Technical Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge of Oracle WMS functionality, including order management, inventory control, labor management, and transportation management.
Utilize Oracle Cloud methodologies to enhance the configuration and customization of WMS to fit business requirements.
4.User Training and Support:
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users to ensure effective adoption of the system.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for users to resolve any issues and optimize system usage.
5.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, changes, and processes.
Generate and present regular status reports to stakeholders regarding project progress and system functionality.
6.Continuous Improvement:
Analyze system performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with Oracle WMS Cloud enhancements and best practices to advise clients on future upgrades.

Skills Required:
Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory management principles.
Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, especially Oracle WMS Cloud.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle WMS functionalities, including but not limited to inventory control, order management, and shipping.
Experience in integrating WMS with other systems (ERP, TMS, etc.) and understanding of data flow between systems.
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database management for reporting and data manipulation.

Additional Requirements (Preferred) -
Oracle certification in WMS Cloud or related Oracle Cloud applications.
Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting technologies.
