About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ping One Advanced Identity Cloud (ForgeRock) and a strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancements, new feature development, and architectural guidance. This role is critical in ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity and access management systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
o Perform regular maintenance and updates to the Ping One Advanced Identity Cloud (ForgeRock) platform.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity and access management.
o Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal operation.
Enhancements and New Feature Development:
o Design and develop new features to enhance the functionality of the IAM platform.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies as needed.

Architectural Guidance:
o Provide architectural guidance and best practices for the IAM platform.
o Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
o Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure IAM solutions.
Security and Compliance:
o Ensure the IAM platform complies with security standards and regulatory requirements.
o Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
o Implement security controls and measures to protect sensitive data.
Collaboration and Leadership:
o Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to align IAM strategies with organizational goals.
o Mentor and guide junior team members.
o Participate in project planning and management activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on Ping One Advanced Identity Cloud (ForgeRock).
Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ForgeRock Certified OpenAM Specialist) are a plus.
