Position: Assistant Manager- Analytics and Data Warehouse

Location: HO, Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Manager of Analytics and Data Warehouse will oversee the design, development, and implementation of data analytics solutions and data warehousing strategies. This role will be pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Strategy Development: Define and execute the analytics and data warehousing strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Data Warehouse Management: Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of data warehouses to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.

- Analytics Oversight: Drive the development of advanced analytics, including predictive modelling, reporting, and data visualization.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all business functions understand their analytics needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in analytics and data warehousing.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data warehousing technologies (e.g., AWS Redshift).

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in statistical analysis and data modelling.

- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
