Job Purpose
To drive customer acquisition and relationship management in the technical textiles market, focusing on increasing yarn sales and converting leads.
This role involves raising awareness of the company s offerings, engaging with customers, and fostering long-term business relationships to ensure sustainable growth
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Customer Acquisition and Awareness
- Sales Execution and lead conversion (Yarn sales)
- Relationship Management and Customer Retention
- Customer Awareness Campaigns
- Market Research and Analysis
Supporting Actions
- Identify and seek out new potential customers within the technical textiles industry, focusing on discovering opportunities in untapped or emerging markets.
- Concentrate efforts on increasing the company s reach and visibility in key strategic markets, helping to expand business opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales by carefully guiding prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are pursued effectively.
- Maintain strong follow-up practices and manage relationships throughout the sales process to foster customer loyalty and maximize long-term value.
- Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with customers by consistently meeting their needs and providing excellent service.
- Focus on retaining customers and developing long-term partnerships that contribute to ongoing business success and collaboration.
- Lead and facilitate client presentations, seminars, and events to educate potential customers about the company s technical textile products.
- Use these campaigns as an opportunity to demonstrate the value and benefits of the products, creating interest and demand among target customers.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the latest industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive strategies.
- Use the insights gained from research to identify potential growth opportunities and guide strategic business decisions
