Plant HR Head

Job Purpose: The position holder shall be responsible for the execution of the HR agenda in the Unit for ensuring excellence in terms of HR service delivery, and for managing employee experiences and expectations. The position shall be required to work towards implementing / monitoring implementation of Employee Relations, Statutory Compliances, learning and development initiatives at Birla Carbon Renukoot.
