Talent Management and L&D Specialist (On Contract)

Talent Management:

• Handling end to end talent related activities for Asia units: succession planning, talent pipeline, talent assessment, talent councils and others.
• Contribute to the implementation of development initiatives that are aligned with current and

forward looking needs like preparing and reviewing employee development plans

• Monitor career paths and create movement opportunities
• Follow up on succession plans for critical roles across units and keep a view of talent risks
• Manage and review data for effectiveness of interventions and audits

Learning & Development:

• Center resources for collating all learning needs for Asia units
• Designing and monitoring implementation of L&D initiatives
• Ensuring functional training is conducted as per standard guidelines released by BCOE and monitoring it on monthly basis
• Liaise with Units to get quarterly nominations for classroom training program

HRBP for Inda Sales Team:

• Employee Relationship & Lifecycle Management: being a strategic partner and work with leadership team to influence business and people management
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee issues representing interests of all parties

Others:

• Creating & publishing dashboards and trackers on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring employee engagement activities are on track
