Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification) and HAZOP (Hazard Operability Study) to identify potential hazards in processes.
  
• Develop and implement effective safety procedures for chemical handling, storage, and disposal.
  
• Provide training on industrial safety practices to employees and contractors.
  
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations by implementing pollution prevention measures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in EHS (Environment Health & Safety) role in a manufacturing industry.
  
• Diploma/B.Sc degree in Chemistry or related field; B.Tech/B.E. degree preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, process safety management systems, accident investigation techniques, and industrial safety principles.
