Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecallers / Telecalling Executives who is fluent in English and Hindi and is willing to relocate to Chennai or Erode. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to industrial clients, introducing them to our wastewater treatment products.
• Identify potential customers and understand their requirements for wastewater treatment solutions.
• Generate leads by engaging with decision-makers and influencing them to explore our products.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call outcomes, follow-up schedules, and prospect status in CRM software.
• Follow up persistently with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Educate customers about the benefits of our Nanozyme bioculture and how it can improve their wastewater treatment process.
• Coordinate with the sales team to pass qualified leads and support deal closures.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets and contribute to overall company sales growth.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or telesales is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Erode or Chennai.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Basic knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment is a plus (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and email communication.
