Job Description

Errection and commissioning of fermenters upstream and downstream

equipment, HAVAC, utilities, water system, piping, electrical cabling, laboratory

set up.

2) Regular maintenance and operation management

Manage maintenance activities and ensure operational efficiency of plant.

3) Documentation and reporting

Development of SOPs, maintenance documentation, project documentation.

4) Team management and coordination

Provide technical guidance to team members

Coordinate with procurement team, manpower requirement, vendors

management

Reporting superiors for project progress and completion

5) Compliance and quality assurance

Follow the project work as per regulatory requirement

Analyse autocad drawing, secure required permits to ensure compliance

throughout project lifecycle

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, project management skills, vendor coordination and team leadership.

Work Experience: 5-7 years in the Fermentation industry.

Compensation: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
