Job Title: Head - Construction Management (PEB Division)

Job Summary:
The Head - Construction Management (PEB Division) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction execution, project management, and site operations for the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and budgetary controls.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Construction & Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end construction execution of PEB projects across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement construction methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost controls, and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks proactively.
2. Site Operations & Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination among teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to construction.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, procurement, and engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain strong business relationships.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing construction management team.
- Conduct training programs to upskill the workforce on best practices in PEB construction.
- Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
5. Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with industry safety standards and company policies.
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs at all project sites.
- Conduct safety audits and training sessions to enhance site safety awareness.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the PEB industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale PEB projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of PEB construction methodologies, materials, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, etc.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and quality regulations.
