Role & responsibilities:
BiofuelCircles business revolves around B2B E-Commerce. The platform allows small and large industrial companies to sell/ procure biofuels using a secured transaction channel.
The Platform Operations Support Team is responsible for end-to-end transaction support to subscribers.
Platform Operations team is responsible for driving participation and creating opportunities for regular transactions on the platform for large and small buyers/ sellers, and industrial buyers for products and services offered by BiofuelCircle.
The Role helps create liquidity and opportunities that could trigger transactions between buyers and sellers.
In the scale up stage for BiofuelCircle, we are looking for candidates with experience in IT systems driven processes and strong analytical skills, to help create strong business processes in the company.
Preferred candidate profile
Executing a comprehensive sales strategy specifically tailored to the platform model, including identifying target customers and pricing models.
2. Team Leadership
Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a team of business analysts in the platform operations team for selling platform services.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Building strong relationships and regular interaction with existing customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how the platform can provide value and solve customer specific problems.
4. Platform Expertise
Gaining in-depth knowledge of platforms features, functionalities, and technical capabilities to enhance and improve customers platform usage
5. Negotiation and closing deals
Present opportunity and value to platform customers when closing deals on the platform and supporting the negotiation of prices using the platform mechanism.
6. Increasing platform participation
Drive a Monthly/ Weekly/ Daily plan for driving participation and deals for all products and locations
Coordination and management of Auctions, RFPs, Supply Portal, and other tools to achieve the planned business targets
7. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Tracking key sales metrics, analysing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize deal closure performance
